Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Customers can pay via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets and other online payment options. 

EMI / Buy Now Pay Later options are available (on select cards / banks). 

There is a Bajaj Finserv 0% EMI option with its own terms & conditions. 

2. EMI / Installment Terms & Charges

For the Bajaj Finserv EMI option:
 • A processing fee is levied (added to the first EMI). 
 • Penal interest applies in case of delayed EMI payments (4% per month on outstanding EMI).
 • Mandate rejection charges apply (₹ 450 inclusive of taxes) if a new mandate is not registered within 30 days after a prior rejection by the bank. 
 • There is an annual fee for the EMI network card (if no loan availed in the preceding year). 
 • Document / statement charges (e.g. for physical copies) may apply (₹ 50 inclusive of taxes). 
 • Loan enhancement fee and convenience fee also apply for certain amounts. 

All these charges are inclusive of applicable taxes. 

3. COD (Cash on Delivery)

Shopy Vision has a COD Policy page, but it currently shows no detailed content / placeholders. 

Because the COD policy is not clearly published, it is advisable for customers to check at checkout whether COD is available for their location and whether any extra COD charge applies.

4. Payment Authorization & Advance Payment

At checkout, the payment must be authorized / completed before the order is confirmed and dispatched.

In case an order is listed at an incorrect price or contains an error, Shopy Vision reserves the right to cancel the order even if payment has been made; in that case the amount will be refunded. This is consistent with typical “Right to Cancel / Incorrect Pricing” clauses seen on associated policies. 

Payment gateway / transaction fees, if any, are usually borne by the customer (unless otherwise stated).

5. Refunds / Reversals of Payment

If an order is canceled (before dispatch), the refund (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment mode.

In case of refunds, certain fees (such as payment gateway / financial service fees) may not be refundable. (For example, in associated “Refund / Return / Cancellation” content from a related domain, it says: “Payment Gateway Fees or Financial Service Fees will not be refunded if order is cancelled.”

For wrong or damaged delivery, the refund or replacement is subject to verification (reporting within timelines, providing evidence, etc.).

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

If a customer disputes a payment (chargeback) through their bank or card company, Shopy Vision may investigate.

The burden of proof (transaction record, order confirmation, delivery proof, etc.) lies with the seller (Shopy Vision) or payment gateway, as per banking / payments regulations in India.

7. Taxes & Charges

All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, etc.), unless otherwise stated.

In case the customer is required by law to withhold taxes (if applicable), they must pay additional amounts so that Shopy Vision receives the full intended amount.

Any extra cost incurred due to incorrect address, re-delivery, or failed delivery may be borne by the customer.

8. Modifications & Updates

Shopy Vision reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Any changes in fees or policies will be communicated and will apply for future orders only (not retroactively) unless otherwise stated.
